SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL OF LICENSES AS HORSEOWNERS

The evaluation and Screening Committee created by the Commission to review compliance of the requirements for renewal of licenses would like to reiterate submission of the following requirements:

Income Tax Return for the last 5 years (ITR)

Affidavit as to financial capability to own and maintain racehorse/s (other source of income – in case the net annual income is below P500,000.00)

Those who have not submitted the above are required to comply with the same and deadline for submission will be on April 30, 2007. Failure to comply with this requirement may disqualify the registered horses under your name to participate in the races.
