INCLUSION OF SOUTH HARBOR AND MANILA INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL IN THE INTERIM INCREASES IN CARGO HANDLING FEES/CHARGES

The PPA Board of Directors, in its meeting held on February 29, 2000 (Board Com Resolution No. 2000-705 and Board Resolution No. 1815), resolved to include the South Harbor and the Manila International Container Terminal in the interim increases in cargo handling rates as follows:

To effect the above increases in rates, the following shall be observed:

1. The new rates for all types of cargoes shall be rounded off to the nearest P1.00; and

2. The rates for special, extra labor and other related cargo handling services in the tariff shall also be adjusted in accordance with the approved increases.

This Circular amends PPA MC No. 05-2000 and shall take effect on March 22, 2000.
