AMENDMENT TO THE SECTION 11 OF THE FAO 220: OPERATION OF THE FISH HEALTH LABORATORIES AND COLLECTION OF FEES AND CHARGES THEREFORE
Pursuant to Section 67 of R.A. 8550 and in compliance to the requirement of EC Directive 96/23/EC on residue monitoring the fish health laboratories, shall provide laboratory services for the screening of the antibiotic residue as follows:
Laboratory examination per sample Fees and Charges Php
Antibiotic residue analysis ELISA
Chloramphenicol 1,000
Nitrofurans 1,000
Microbiological Assay 250
This order shall have legal force and effect (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette and/or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation and fifteen (15) days after its registration with the Office of the National Administrative Register.
