ADVISORY ON LIFTING/SUSPENSION OF CERTAIN CDC PROCESSING FEES

Please be advised that the CDC Board during its 2014 December 12 Board meeting has approved the following revisions in the CDC fees and charges:
Cancellation of the Special Permit Fee for canned meat products equivalent to 0.5% of the invoice value, thereby amending Item III, Section 1.b., of CDC of the Policy Guidelines on the Importation and Bring-In of Regulated Consumer Products within the Clark Special Economic, as contained in CDC Memorandum Circular No. OP-03-0080-TD-12850, dated August 01, 2003.
Two-year moratorium on the Application Fee for Permit to Bring-In (PBI) and Permit to Bring-Out (PBO), as contained in CDC Memorandum Circular No. CSD-13-21 dated June 19, 2013, Annex B, Other Fees and Charges of Trade Facilitation Department.
Notwithstanding the moratorium of fees, PBI and PBO permits should still be secured for items as required by the said Circular.
This shall take effect on 2015 January 1.
