DECLARING MONDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CIT OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 20 December 2021, Monday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of the Pasaway-Handurawan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Sipalay be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 December 2021, a special (non-working) day the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
