EXPENSES FOR THE MEDICAL, MATERNITY, EDUCATION, EMERGENCY AND OTHER PERSONAL NEEDS OF THE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE OR HIS IMMEDIATE FAMILY

The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 126(a) dated February 9, 1990, approved the amendment of Item 3 of Subsection 1337.1.b of the Manuals of Regulations for Banks and Other Financial Intermediaries, Book I, to read as follows

“3) to meet expenses for the medical, maternity, education, emergency and other personal needs of the officer or employee or his immediate family.” This Circular shall take effect immediately.
