SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF AD CONSTRUCTION

In view of the rescission of the contract of AD CONSTRUCTION for the geometric improvement of the Alabang Area (under the Alabang viaduct), the said construction firm and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted from entering into any contract or participating in any bidding with this Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective immediately.

Since the above named construction firm is also liable to the government for the difference in the cost of completing the project vis-a-vis its original contract cost all concerned are hereby strictly enjoined not to release any sum of money to the firm and/or its proprietor unless and until its liabilities in connection with the rescinded contract is fully determined and settled.
