AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 31, DATED MAY 18, 1936, SO AS TO DELETE PARAGRAPH 5-d (3) THEREOF

In order to give opportunity to young graduates of the medical profession to apply for commission in the Medical Corps Reserve of the Philippine Army, the present requirement that physicians procured for the said Medical Corps Reserve should have at least one year of practice after the issuance of their corresponding certificates of registration by the Board of Medical Examiners is hereby eliminated.

For this purpose, Executive Order Numbered Thirty-one, entitled “Procurement of Medical Reserve Officers” issued on May eighteenth, nineteen hundred thirty-six, is hereby amended by deleting paragraph five-d (3) thereof.

Done at the City of Manila, this eighth day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
