DECLARING THURSDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2022, Thursday, the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 77 th Liberation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Biñan be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 03 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
