All Concerned

In order to obviate possible confusion in the disbursements of capital funds on on-going projects of the Philippine Ports Authority pending its reorganization, it is instructed that, henceforth, all capital investments and expenditures on all projects of the Philippine Ports Authority be submitted for prior review and clearance to the Office of the President and Ministry of the Budget before the same are implemented.
