AMENDMENT OF DENR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2004-02 DATED FEBRUARY 16, 2004 RE: IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR) OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9120

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 192 and for a more rational implementation of the IRR of Republic Act No. 9120, the first paragraph of Item 2 of DAO No. 2004-02 is hereby revised to read as follows:

"2. The CENRO shall conduct the necessary investigation and processing of public land applications in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations;"

All other provisions of DAO No. 2004-02 shall remain valid, and with full force and effect.

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgement of the Office of the UP Law Center.
