AMENDMENT TO PPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 17-2009 DATED 18 SEPTEMBER 2009 RE: AMENDMENT TO THE COST OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS

This amends Item No. 6 and shall likewise incorporate Items 7 and 8 of the PPA Memorandum Circular No. 17-2009 dated 18 September 2009 known as the Amendment to the Cost of Bidding Documents to be issued to prospective bidders for Infrastructure and Consultancy Services projects, as follows:

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Amount of Bidding Documents

6. Above P5M up to P20M P10,000.00

7. Above P500,000 up to P5M P 5,000.00

8. Below P500,000. P3,000.00

This amendment shall be effective fifteen (15) days after publication in newspapers of general circulation.
