TO: The President Food Terminal, Inc.
The Chairman Philippine Tourism Authority
The President of the Food Terminal, Inc. (FTI) is hereby authorized to lease to the Philippine Tourism Authority for motor pool site purposes, for the nominal sum of P1 a year, Lot 14-C of the FTI Compound in Taguig, Rizal, consisting of TEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE (10,835) square maters, more or less, as technically described in attached Annex A.
The Chairman of the Philippine Tourism Authority is hereby authorized to negotiate with reliable contractors for the immediate construction of its motor pool facilities at the said site.
Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-seven.
