LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF D’SUPERIOR BUILDERS

All concerned are hereby advised that due to the lapse of the one (1) year period of suspension of the D’ Superior Builders, the suspension/blacklisting of D’Superior Builders per Department Order No. 180, Series of 1989, dated December 21, 1989 is hereby lifted effective this date. As a consequence, said contractor is hereby allowed to participate in public biddings and to enter into contract with the Department and its line agencies.
