DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on on 10 February 2022, Thursday, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Laoag be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 10 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
