DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, LA UNION

WHEREAS , Wednesday, December 8, 2004, marks the 426th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Wednesday, December 8, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.

IN WITHNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
