DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS , on 23 November 2022, Wednesday, the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of the Higantes Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
