THE POLICY AND PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES (PPG) ON SURVIVORSHIP BENEFITS
RESOLVED, to APPROVE and CONFIRM the Policy and Procedural Guidelines (PPG) on Survivorship Benefits.
RESOLVED FURTHER, the all policies and issuances inconsistent herewith shall be deemed SUPERSEDED .
A copy of the PPG * is attached and made an integral part of this Resolution.
