IMPORTATION OF MALLEABLE CAST IRON PIPE FITTINGS FROM PROC

Attached is a copy of the Decision of the Department of Finance approving the petition filed by Hattatsu Philippine Industrial Corp. and Winning Enterprises, Inc. * for the extension of the effectivity of Dumping Decision No. 01-94 for another five (5) years commencing from its expiration on 9 December 1998, as recommended by the Tariff Commission, likewise imposing dumping duties on all importation of malleable cast iron pipe fittings from PROC in accordance with the schedule stated therein.
