DECLARING THURSDAY, 03 APRIL 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 03 April 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 171 st Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Balangiga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 03 April 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
