AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF YAKAL ALMEDA QUIRICADA TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading area of Yakal Almeda Quiricada Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc. (YAQUITODA), to read as follows:

"YAKAL ALMEDA QUIRICADA TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC., (YAQUITODA)

Loading and Unloading Areas

Yakal Stret corner Quiricada Street

Almeda Street corner Quiricada Street

Almeda Street corner Tayuman Street

Bambang Street corner Abad Santos

Yakal Street corner Bambang Street

Ipil Street corner Alvarez Street"

SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Yakai Almeda Quiricada Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:

"ASSOCIATION R.M.C.

Yakai Almeda Quiricada Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (YAQUITODA) 215 Units

ROUTE

The authorized route line of operation shall be via Yakal St. corner Quiricada St. going to Bambang St., left to Tomas Mapua St., straight ahead to Alvarez St., right to Ipil St., left to Quiricada St., straight ahead and cross to Abad Santos, left to Antonio Rivera St., left to Bambang St., left to Yakal St. and vice versa. From Bambang St. corner Abad Santos (Terminal) straight ahead to Severino St., left to Ipil St., left to Alvarez St., left to Quiricada St., Yakal St. again to Bambang St. and vice versa. From Ipil St. corner Alvarez St. going to Quiricada St. left to Yakal St., left to Bambang St., left to Severino Reyes St., left to Alvarez St., and vice versa. From terminal of Yakal St. corner Bambang St., straight ahead to Bambang St., left to Ipil St., left to Quiricada St., right to Almeda St., going to corner of Tayuman St. and vice versa."

SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 8, 2015.
