WARNING AGAINST FRAUDULENT EMAILS ON RELEASE OF LICENSE CERTIFICATES

It has come to our attention that recruitment agencies have been receiving emails purportedly from the Licensing Department of the POEA directing them to download their license certificate.

Copies of license certificates are not sent through electronic mail. Authorized agency representatives pick up and receive such important document from the Licensing Branch only after having satisfactorily completed all the documentary and panel requirements including posting of escrow deposit and payment of license fee.

Agencies are urged to disregard such fraudulent email and alert POEA on similar announcements.
