CONSOLIDATED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER IN RE: IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7942, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE PHILIPPINE MINING ACT OF 1995

In the interest of service and for a harmonized implementation of the various provisions of Department of Environment and Natural Resources Administrative Order (DAO) No.96-40, as amended, the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 7942, otherwise known as the Philippine Mining Act of 1995, the consolidation of the said DAO and all subsequent DAOs providing for its amendments as enumerated below is hereby ordered for the guidance of all concerned:

1. DAO No. 99-57 2. DAO No. 2000-61 3. DAO No. 2000-99 4. DAO No. 2003-46 5. DAO No. 2004-54 6. DAO No. 2005-07 7. DAO No. 2005-15 8. DAO No. 2007-15 9. DAO No. 2010-13

The resulting Consolidated Administrative Order for the implementing rules and Regulations of the Philippine Mining Act of 1995 shall be adopted accordingly for implementation and other legal purposes.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
