TO: All Concerned

There is hereby created an inter-agency task force to act as the Philippine Government counterpart team in the preparation for the negotiation of the Third Danish Loan, composed of the following:

1. Antonio Locsin NEDA Deputy Director-General and Chairman of the Board, LWUA —Head

2. Teddy Roy Administrator, Farm System Development Corporation —Member

3. J. Roberto L. Abling Director, Presidential Management Staff, Office of the President —Member

4. Francisco Coruna Bank Executive Assistant Department of Finance —Member

The task force shall:

Present GOP project proposals to the Danish authorities.

Conduct preliminary discussions for the terms and conditions of the loan.

Provide the Danish experts with staff assistance in their on-the-spot survey of conditions relative to the project proposals.

This order takes effect immediately

Done in the City of Manila, this 29th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
