DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS , Wednesday, September 8, 2010 , marks the “10 th Araw ng Digos” of the City of Digos, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 8, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Davao del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
