THIRD REVISED SUGAR POLICY FOR CY 1994-95

WHEREAS, Sugar Order Nos. 1-A and 1-B, Series of 1994-1995, dated 18 November 1994 and 20 February 1995, respectively, have classified and allocated fourteen percent (14%) of the weekly sugar production as "A" or U.S. Quota Sugar; WHEREAS, as of date hereof, the quantity of sugar produced and allocated as "A" is sufficient to meet our U.S. Quota of 162,602 M.T.C.W. for the period 1 August 1994 to 30 September 1995;

NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered:

SECTION 1. The percentage allocation for the different classes of sugar under Section 1 of Sugar Order No. 1-B, Series of 1994-1995, dated 20 February 1995, is hereby revised.

All sugar production for the crop year 1994-1995 beginning on 17 April 1995 shall be issued weekly quedan-permits by mill companies in the following classifications and percentages:

"A" or U.S. Quota Sugar - 0%

"B" or Domestic Sugar - 100%

"D" or World Market Sugar - 0%

SECTION 2. All other provisions of Sugar Order No. 1, Series of 1994-1995, dated 22 August 1994, shall remain in full force and effect.
