ALLOWABLE IMPORTS UNDER DA AND OA BASIS

Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 239 dated March 01, 1991, Section 21 of CB Circular 1029 dated October 12, 1984, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Section 21. Allowable imports under DA and OA basis

Subject to specific regulations on certain commodities, qualified importers may import commodities inclusive of non-EP items provided that the same shall be for the firm’s exclusive end-use in relation to their manufacture of products for export.”

This Circular shall take effect immediately. Adopted: 18 March 1991
