INTERIM COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY LIABILITY (CTPL) SOLUTION

In the absence of a permanent CTPL solution, all accredited insurance companies engaged in the issuance of CTPL policies are hereby enjoined to have their Certificates of Cover (COCs) authenticated through the COC Authentication Facility (COCAF) of PIRA as mandated under Circular Letter No. 12-2007 dated July 25, 2007.
