DECLARING MONDAY, 07 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 07 November 2022, Monday, the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 146 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare, Monday, 07 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
