TIMELY REPORTING OF INCIDENTS/ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

It has been observed that radio message received by this Office which indicated events that happened in the different penal farms and institutions were either late or delayed which in effect prejudices the operation of the BUCOR.

Henceforth, it is imperative that there must be prompt reporting on matters requiring prompt action by this Bureau.

The same is true for all kinds of report like : escape, accomplishments and other important matters affecting the different institutions which the Director should be informed.

Be guided accordingly.
