In the same resolution, the prosecution was granted a period of five (5) days within which to file an amended information. The resolution was served on the prosecution, through the OSJ Prosecution Staff, NPS Docket Section, Department of Justice, on March 24, 2023.2 The prosecution, therefore, had until March 29, 2023 to file its amended information. 1 Charman Ambrose G. A copy of the resolution was also served in SIR-Revenue Region No. 7A-Quezon City, Legal Division on April 14,2023.
RESOLUTION CTA CRIM. CASE NO. 0-961 Records, however, revealed that the prosecution failed to comply with the Court's Resolution dated March 7, 2023 as per Records Verification Report dated April 26, 2023.
