NFA SHIPPING CLEARANCE FOR PALAY SHIPMENTS

Reference is made to the attached letter from NFA Administrator Anthony R.A. Abad, dated 29 May 2002, informing the Bureau that the shipping clearance relative to the Department of Agriculture's Program on Distribution of Palay Hybrid Seeds is no longer required.

Said letter also stated that the required shipping clearance applies only to rice shipments.

For proper implementation.
