AMENDMENT TO PARAGRAPH 3 OF JOINT ORDER 1-91 EFFECTIVE MARCH 16, 1992

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 391 dated September 2, 1991, paragraph 3, section h of Joint Order 1-91 implementing the Global Comprehensive Imports Supervision Scheme is hereby amended to read, as follows:

"h.importations of semi-conductor and allied enterprises.
