NOTICE, AMENDMENT BY ADDITION: SECTION 10.1 - RESPONSIBILITY OF A TRAINER

Please be informed that the Philracom Board in its meeting held on February 1, 2002, after due deliberation resolved to amend by addition Section 10.1 of the Racing Rules and Regulations which will now read as follows:

h. To report to the Philracom Racing Official, the use of allowable spurs for its jockey, prior to the race.

Failure to comply with the above provision, the trainer shall be penalized in the amount of One Thousand (P1,000.00) pesos.

This rule shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
