[ PROCLAMATION NO. 53, October 20, 2010 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS , Monday, November 22, 2010, marks the celebration of the Kalimudan Festival in the Province of Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

WHEREAS , in order to give the people of the Municiplaity of Aroroy, Masbate, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare November 17, 2010 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III , do hereby declare Monday, November 22, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and cause the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
