TO: The Minister Ministry of Natural Resources

In line with the government's efforts to promote the proper management, utilization, protection, rehabilitation and development of forest resources, effective immediately, permits to operate sawmills previously granted to those without any timber license, logging concessions, or authorized sources of logs are hereby cancelled.
