DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 11, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA
WHEREAS, Monday, July 11, 2005 marks the 136th birth anniversary of Dr. Pio Valenzuela;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Valenzuela, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 11, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
