DOCUMENTARY STAMP FEE

Adopted: 21 February 2018 Date Filed: 01 March 2018

Pursuant to P.D. 474, Republic Act 10635 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and as approved by the Maritime Industry Board, the existing fees for the issuance and revalidation of Certificate of Proficiency and Certificate of Competency shall cover the fee of thirty pesos (P30.00) for the documentary stamp.

This Advisory shall take effect immediately.
