DECLARING MONDAY, 22 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its annual fiesta dubbed as the Pasalamat Festival 2024 from 12-22 January 2024;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Pagadian to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration, the Office of the Mayor requested that 22 January 2024, Monday, be declared a special (non-working) day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 22 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
