DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 02 APRIL 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATAAN

WHEREAS, on 02 April 2025, Wednesday, the Province of Bataan will commemorate the birth anniversary of Francisco "Balagtas" Baltazar, a prominent Fipipino poet and orator;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bataan be given full opportunity to remember the important contributions of Francisco "Balagtas" Baltazar to the Filipino people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 02 April 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bataan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
