EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 493, SERIES OF 1939, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, LOT 2, BLOCK NO. 2, PLS-75, CEBU RECLAMATION AREA, CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 493, series of 1939, and declare open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, Lot No. 2, Block No. 2, Pls-75, Cebu Reclamation Area, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
