MEDICAL SERVICES BY OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) must be followed in the implementation of Medical/Dental services to inmates, most particularly to political detainees, in the different prison and penal farms.

No outside organizations. like the Task Force Detainees, or any of its affiliates, will be allowed to provide medical/dental assistance to inmates inside any penal institutions under the Bureau of Corrections without coursing their requests through its Superintendent and to be approved by the Chief of Hospital or Chief Medical Officer as the case may be.
