We advise that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) (DE) 95-00197 dated April 3, 1995 covering the foreign investment of SANOFI PHARMA France, in SANOFI WINTHROP INC., has been adopted lost.

Abovementioned BSRD should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or profit remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993
