SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF NVP BUILDERS

In view of the rescission of NVP Builders’ contract for incurring intolerable negative slippages of 25.13%, 60.17% and 54.38% in its contract with the Department for package MBC-A, MBC-B and MBC-C, respectively, NVP Builders is hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from entering into any contract or participating in any bidding in the DPWH and its line agencies.

In addition, pending final determination and settlement of NVP’s liabilities, all concerned are hereby ordered not to release any sum of money to NVP Builders and that all construction equipment and materials which shall have been deemed to be reserved exclusively for the maintenance of the work under the contract shall not be removed from the project site without the written consent of this Department.
