SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF MIR CONSTRUCTION

In view of the rescission of the contract of MIR Construction by the OIC-Regional Director, DPWH, Region IV-B, for the rehabilitation of various school buildings, IRP-ADB Assisted Projects, Province of Marinduque, the said MIR Construction and its proprietress, Maria Isabel Q. Reynoso, are hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract in the DPWH and its line agencies.

All concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to MIR Construction and/or Maria Isabel Reynoso without prior clearance from the Secretary, pending finding, determination and settlement of the contractor’s obligations to the Government as a result of the rescission of the herein mentioned contract.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
