REALLOCATION OF FREQUENCIES FOR EXPANSION OF CELLULAR MOBILE TELEPHONE SERVICE (CMTS) NETWORKS

Pursuant to RA 7925, Public Telecommunications Policy Act of 1995, EO 546 Series of 1979, and Memorandum Circular No. 3-3-96, and after due notice and hearing, 5 MHz of the radio frequency spectrum is hereby re-allocated for the expansion of the CMTS networks, to wit:

1730 — 1732.5/ 1825 — 1827.5 Mhz 1732.5 — 1735/ 1827.5 — 1830 Mhz

Transfer of affected authorized radio frequency users within this band is subject to the guidelines provided for in Section 603 of MC 3-3-96.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and three (3) certified copies furnished the UP Law Center.
