AN ACT TO AMEND PARAGRAPH ( C ), SUBSECTION A OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED FORTY-ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same :

SECTION 1. Paragraph ( c ), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty, otherwise known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and thirty-five, is hereby amended so that item 15, under caption Palawan, shall read as follows:

"15. For the Balala Elementary School, Culion ..................... P1,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on the date of its approval.
