AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 8009, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE ADDITIONAL ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY OF PAROLA TRICYCLE OPERATIONS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2 Ordinance No. 7871, as amended by Ordinance No. 8009, is hereby furthermore amended by including therein the additional Route Measure Capacity of Parola Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, (PAROLATODA), Inc., from 100 units to 300 units, to read as follows:

"ASSOCIATION ROUTE R.M.C.

Parole Trcycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc. (PARALATODA) Asuncion, Zaragosa, Delpan to Parola Compound 300 Units"

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on February 23, 2016.
