DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 07 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 07 November 2018, a Wednesday, the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 142 nd founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 07 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
