SUBMISSION OF MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORTS

In order to ensure that all motorized land-based public transportation services are fit for public service, roadworthy and pollution-free, before franchises are granted, henceforth, all units subject of applications for franchises to operate public utility vehicle services shall be accompanied by Motor Vehicle Inspection Reports issued by the Land Transportation Office.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the U.P. Law Center, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992.
